| CONTACTSEMINARS- March 2007Hello ladies! What a great energetic group it was last night! Thank you all for coming! Thanks to my partners with the Eldercare Mediation Seminar; Charles Hill, Donna Brown and John Manning. (missing Marjorie Kamp - but still an important partner!) Check out Charles website at www.paideia.ca or call him at: (250) 619-9562. Living too long is the biggest financial risk of all. Medical advances and research today is helping people live longer - intensifying the need for planning. Did you know that 75% of women are divorced or widowed when they die. More times than not the husband gets sick - drains their bank account and then there is nothing left. I know this happens because it happened to my grandparents. My grandmother is now living with my parents and the burden is huge on them. Planning gives you choices. Check out my website for more information on Long Term Care and Critical Illness - www.molchanfinancial.com "None of us can go back and make a brand new start - but everyone of us can start today and make a brand new ending!" Thank you to Dawn Skarsen and her designing team of Kim and Rob for sharing with us some great tips! Check out Designing Spaces at: www.dsdesigningspaces.ca Watch her show on Shaw Cable - and look for her September when she goes National on Chek TV! Thank you to the Jazz Band Chameleon for the music too!
We
have a great meeting for you!

There is help - Charles Hill owner of Paideia Consulting & Mediation has added elder mediation to his services.
By 2010 did you know that 60% of the boomers will be over age 50 with a
surviving parent. This number will only get bigger every year with the
aging boomer population.
Elder mediation is there to use when a parent is struggling to have a
voice in his/her care, and when adult children are in conflict over
their parents finances. Even if you do not have parents that do
not need care now - this is good information to plan ahead before there
is conflict.
