Wow! What a night! Our 1st Annual Diva Xmas Party was a great success.
60 of us Diva's had a fabulous time shopping and for those of you that
have not seen Miss Vikki, well....
She is the "Queen" of Diva's in Nanaimo, and she did not let us down -
her performance was a lot of fun (see pictures).
I want to thank my partner in the Diva Club - Susan Newman who is our
hostess at the Lighthouse Pub, the service and the food prepared by Chef
Jason was unbelievable! They have a new menu - we got to sample - I
highly recommend you check it out!
I want to thank Judy Clark for all her help with the evening and I want
to thank;
Carolyn Scott, Olde Nanaimo Brewery, Julie, Karen & Natasha - Breze
Salon & Day Spa, Lynn Jamieson - Julia's Ladies Clothing, Sandy McLean -
McLean's Specialty Foods, Kim Switnicki - Lioness for Lovers, Mary
Fields & Jan Rogers with Send Out Cards, Irene Morrison - Epicure, and
Carrie Gauthier - Scent-sensations. Thank you to Gloria Hovde who gave
palm readings.
Thank you for allowing us to 'shop' and have fun at the same time!
There was a group of us that delivered the toys to Woodgrove!
Thank you to all that supported the Nanaimo Toy Drive - it was amazing
and best of all I can imagine what the the kids will say - when they
open them for Christmas - priceless! Diva's have big hearts - thank you!
